WORKSHOP The Truth about Essential Oils
✨ The Truth About Essential Oils — A Firefly Floraglow Workshop
DATE/TIME TBD for 2027
🌿 Clarity • Safety • Sacred Connection
Step into a revelatory afternoon designed to transform the way you understand and work with plant essences.
The Truth About Essential Oils is not just a workshop — it is a recalibration of your relationship with scent medicine, plant communication, and the integrity of botanical extraction.
Guided by Firefly’s founder, this immersive 4-hour experience dissolves industry myths, reveals hidden truths about commercial essential oils, and brings you back into a sacred, respectful partnership with the plant world.
Through hands-on distillation practice, deep education, and guided meditation, you will learn how to use essential oils safely, medicinally, and energetically — without harming your skin, your health, or the environment.
🌕 Themes We Will Explore:
✨ What Essential Oils Really Are
Beyond marketing and trends — understanding their chemistry, power, and limits.
🔥 How Essential Oils Are Industrially Extracted
What happens inside commercial distillation, the environmental cost, and why this matters for your health.
🌿 Why Many Essential Oils Are Toxic for the Skin
How concentration, volatility, and skin-barrier disruption create long-term damage.
💧 Hands-On Artisanal Extraction
Experience real small-batch distillation and witness essential oil + hydrosol separation.
🌸 Safe & Medicinal Use of Essential Oils
How to use them with integrity — proper dilution, topical caution, energetic application, and whole-plant alternatives.
🌺 Meditation With Plant Spirits
A guided journey into the communication system of plants, helping you sense, respect, and respond to botanical boundaries.
