Step into a sacred rhythm with nature through our Bloom & Yoga sessions—gentle, heart-centered classes that guide you through breath, mindful movement, and energetic harmony. Set in the tranquil woodland space of Firefly Sanctuary, these sessions are designed to open the body, calm the mind, and root the spirit.

This immersive experience blends:
🌿 Crystal and Plants infused energy healing
🌿 Meditation + breathwork
🌿 Restorative stretching
🌿 Gentle yoga flow

Led by Veronica, a dedicated Yoga Instructor and Crystal Energy Healing practitioner with over 10 years of experience, these classes provide an intimate, nurturing environment. With a maximum of 6 participants per session, each individual is lovingly supported and guided throughout the practice.

Whether you're starting your day in stillness or winding down in reflection, Bloom & Yoga offers a sanctuary for reconnection, softness, and strength—surrounded by the sounds of birds, trees, and the grounding energy of the forest floor.
